Counselling sessions are available by phone & video. Call Mental Health T.O. at 1-866-585-MHTO (6486) to be connected to a counsellor. (9am -7pm)

Affordable Therapy Network: 

Midtown DBT: 

Offers services for adults 18+ provided by student therapists in the TICP Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program. All student therapists are under the supervision of an experienced Registered Psychotherapist. They do not charge traditional sessional fees and rather ask clients to pay a small administrative fee ($5-$25 per session) to help them maintain their clinic. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.

Offers services for children, adolescents and adults by students under the supervision of psychologists.

Rates for regular sessions: $125 per session. Rates for sessions by supervised graduate students: $35 per session. Please call/email to confirm rates.
