Group screening helps us keep the therapeutic space focused and accountable to a meaningful experience for all.
$325 for all 4 group sessions and all resources shared.
If you have insurance, you may be eligible for coverage. We recommend checking your benefits to confirm coverage with a Registered Psychotherapist. After attending your first group session, we’ll provide a receipt for insurance reimbursement if needed.

Cancellation and refunds are possible up to 7 days prior to the group start.
Up to 7 days before the group's start date: full refund.
Up to 48 hrs the groups' start date: 50% refund.
Same-day cancellations and cancellations made within 24 hours of your session incur a charge of the full session fee.
Insurance receipts for reimbursement will be provided after attendance of the first session. Should you register and not be able to attend, contact us as soon as possible to inquire about credits and/ or next steps.
Dominique Mortier is a Registered Psychotherapist and Associate Therapist at Bloom Psychology & Wellness. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she specializes in eating disorders, relationship conflict, mood disorders, and addiction. As a multiracial woman, Dominique is passionate about helping clients embrace their full selves with curiosity and compassion. Originally from The Bahamas and a former competitive tennis player, she values the connection between mental and physical health. Outside of work, Dominique enjoys gaming, reading, and makeup.
Meghan Watson (she/her) is a licensed psychotherapist, clinical director, and wellness consultant based in Toronto, Canada. She founded Bloom Psychology & Wellness, a collective of Black, Indigenous, South Asian, and multi-racial therapists dedicated to fostering emotional growth and connection within communities of color. With over 10 years of experience, Meghan specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate their emotions, body image issues, disordered eating, burnout, and stress. She is committed to establishing healthy relationships and empowering her clients to achieve emotional well-being through compassionate and culturally informed therapeutic practices.
