I am Registered Psychotherapist (RP) who is dedicated to walking alongside individuals on their path to health and healing. I specialize in providing individual therapy for people seeking support with substance abuse, eating disorders, depression, anxiety and interpersonal issues.
I received my Masters (M.Ed) in Counseling at Boston University and have extensive experience working in inpatient, outpatient and community health settings. I pride myself on creating a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental environment where clients can discover strengths, build resiliency and find balance.
My approach is grounded in the belief that health is reflected in our bodies, minds, spirits and the ways we relate to the world around us. My main focus is on building a warm and collaborative relationship through the use of a variety of evidence-based treatment methods depending on what works best for you.
When I am not working, I enjoy going for long runs around the city, walking my two rescue dogs, pursuing musical and artistic hobbies and spending quality time with family and friends.
