Designed for women of colour ready to explore the stressors of daily life within safe community, and find their way toward reclaiming joy, true rest, and resilience beyond survival.
The group will take place in person at The Villij Studios, located at 5 Dickens St, Toronto, ON.

Group screening helps us keep the therapeutic space focused and accountable to a meaningful experience for all.
$475 for all 5 group sessions and all resources shared.
If you have insurance, you may be eligible for coverage. We recommend checking your benefits to confirm coverage with a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker. After attending your first group session, we’ll provide a receipt for insurance reimbursement if needed.
We are pleased to offer a limited number of pro-bono and subsidized options for individuals without insurance coverage who require financial support. If you’re interested in exploring these opportunities, please reach out to us at hello@bloompsychologyto.com.

Cancellation and refunds are possible up to 7 days prior to the group start.
Up to 7 days before the group's start date: full refund.
Up to 48 hrs the groups' start date: 50% refund.
Same-day cancellations and cancellations made within 24 hours of your session incur a charge of the full session fee.
Insurance receipts for reimbursement will be provided after attendance of the first session.
Meghan Watson (she/her) is a licensed psychotherapist and creative and wellness consultant based in Toronto, Canada.
Born and raised in Barbados 🇧🇧, Meghan is the founder of Bloom Psychology & Wellness, a collective of Black, Indigenous, South Asian, and multi-racial therapists dedicated to fostering emotional growth and connection within communities of colour.
With over a decade of experience in mental health and consulting across Canada, the US and Caribbean, Meghan specializes in guiding individuals, couples and groups through the complexities of their emotional and relational worlds.
Tracy Owusu-Gyimah (she/her) is a registered social worker and mental health therapist from Toronto, Canada.
Born in Ghana 🇬🇭 and raised in Toronto, Tracy focuses on providing strength-based support to folks of Colour as they navigate life transitions and emotional distress. Tracy uses joy and humour as a way to help folks manage their negative thoughts and re-write their harmful narratives, while also recognizing the stressors of our systems and modern world.
Tracy focuses on working collaboratively with folks to help them in meeting their goals, manage their stressors of life and strengthen their sense of self.
