Life happens, and because of negative experiences, many people do not develop the emotional, social, or functional skills required to cope with and thrive. Working from an empathetic, trauma-informed, strength-based perspective, I will guide and support you as you make the changes you desire, address unhelpful ways of functioning, and build your strengths and resilience to promote your healing and growth.
With therapy, you can learn to regulate your emotions, address trigger responses, and develop resilience and coping skills. I utilize talk therapy and somatic (body) interventions for a holistic approach to designing and applying your tailored therapeutic healing plan.
The path to healing can seem scary, and change is not always easy, but you do not have to do this work alone. I will guide and support you every step of the way.
