Affordable and accessible Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) (Currently online)

Offers services for adults 18+ provided by student therapists in the TICP Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program. All student therapists are under the supervision of an experienced Registered Psychotherapist. They do not charge traditional sessional fees and rather ask clients to pay a small administrative fee ($5-$25 per session) to help them maintain their clinic. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.

Drop In Centre for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and two-spirt youth in the GTA (aged 16-29) to find counselling, practical supports and a sense of community.
Aworie is an organization that strives to cover a portion of the cost of private mental health counselling for disadvantaged populations in Ontario who experience economic barriers and/or do not have an extended healthcare insurance plan. Sliding scale fees range from $40 -$100 per session and are based on income. Discounts for single parents and people living with disabilities are also available.
