My goal is to create a warm, safe and non-judgmental space for your mental health and growth. I strive to always meet you where you are, and support you as we carve a path to where you want to go.

My lived experience as a Black womxn has brought me to this work and grounds me in it. My work is trauma informed, person-centered, and guided by anti-oppression, intersectionality and challenges systemic oppression and anti-black racism.

My hope is that in our work together you will feel heard, supported, and challenged in your journey to witness and develop your skills, strengths, and resiliency. I know that the learning will be reciprocal, and I look forward to connecting with you.

When not working I can be found watching reality television, listening to podcasts, in a drive-thru line up or with family and friends.

☕️ First time therapy tip:
Be open to it! There's no right way to show up in the therapy space. Allow your therapist to support you and be alongside you.

Something you always have on your desk:
Headphones because I'm an avid podcast listener! A podcast that I've fallen in love with recently is called Very Bad Therapy which is about people just sharing their experiences with therapy, good and bad. Another one of my favorite podcasts is called The Read and it gets me through all my rough days.
