Life can be, at times, overwhelming and problems do not often just go away. Through an attentive and thorough therapeutic relationship we can address the barriers you face in your growth and self-development. I ask that you invite me to take this journey of self-reflection with you.
My approach integrates both traditional and non-traditional methods of healing and therapy. Together we will work to process and understand the stressors you may face in your day-to-day life. Supporting a culturally diverse and marginalized population is an essential part of my practice. My work is focused on serving trauma-informed and strengths-based care to people struggling with trauma, anxiety, addiction, interpersonal conflict, and difficult life transitions.
My belief is that healing happens in safe relationships, and as such, the client/therapist relationship is central to the healing process. I am committed to a practice that is invested in the healing of the body, soul and spirit.
I hope to honour your strengths, capabilities and needs as we explore the issues causing you distress and inner conflict. I look forward to learning more about you and supporting you on a journey to grow, evolve and thrive.
My work is supervised by Dr. Hugo Stevenson, PhD CPsych. Learn more about Dr. Stevenson here.
