As a multiracial woman, I have Black, South Asian, and European ancestry, and I approach the therapeutic process from a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens. In my practice, my role is to work collaboratively with you in order to feel connected to your authentic self, and ground you while navigating life's challenges, while emphasizing curiosity, compassion, and empowerment.

I believe in cultivating brave spaces where we can explore all of the factors that may be contributing to emotional and mental distress in your life. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and those experiencing challenges related to disordered eating, body image and addiction. Meaningful growth and healing is a non-linear process. My hope is to engage in a collaborative journey with you that deepens your self-awareness while developing effective coping strategies and skills. I would be honoured to learn more about you, honour your needs and work together in a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic environment.

My work is supervised by Meghan Watson, M.A, RP.

“Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage.”
