Healing Through Burnout is a five-session therapeutic group experience created by Bloom Psychology & Wellness in collaboration with The Villij. This offering is uniquely designed for Women of Colour navigating the layered impact of burnout.

In community, we’ll gently explore the cultural expectations, invisible labour, and intergenerational patterns that contribute to chronic exhaustion. Each session will weave together emotional reflection, nervous system care, and creative practices to support meaningful rest and reconnection with joy.
